Meetings
The Fund holds monthly member meetings to facilitate individual introductions to promising early stage companies and networking opportunities for its membership. Each presenting company is pre-screened, selected and coached by the Fund's Executive Committee.
Members of the Fund are provided with information on presenting companies prior to and after the monthly meetings. Monthly meetings ARE limited to Fund Members, accredited investors as defined by the rules of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. By design, the Fund has not limited the industry or size of presenting companies. In addition to capital, members are provided an opportunity to serve as mentors to those businesses seeking guidance on best practices, leadership and strategy.
