Members of Naples-based Tamiami Angel Fund V invested $875,000 in Prisidio, a Naples company offering a digital vault that allows users to securely store and share personal and financial information. Prisidio partners with AARP, the National Association of Realtors, DocuSign and Clear to help subscribers safeguard legal documents, passwords and medical records. CEO Glenn Shimkus previously founded Cartavi, which was acquired by DocuSign in 2013. Investors said the funding will support national expansion and further development of the platform, citing strong leadership and a growing market for secure digital storage. The deal marks Tamiami Angel Fund V’s 11th portfolio company.
